Orders delayed by the shipping courier.

4. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:

You must ship the item back within 5 days.

5. Shipping Costs

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, the order enters the shipping process and cannot be canceled.
